Over the last few months, we’ve helped service providers, e-commerce stores, SaaS brands, and founders bring their ideas to life with professional, results-driven videos.

Now, we’re bringing that same expertise and energy into a space we deeply care about: fitness.

Today, we’re proud to introduce NexFit, a fitness-focused content business powered by the UGC Deck team.

Why We Started NexFit

We’ve worked with several brands across different sectors. But there’s something unique about the fitness industry, it’s visual, dynamic, and built around transformation. That makes it a perfect match for high-quality, consistent video content.

However, we noticed a gap.

Many fitness entrepreneurs and brands have the skills, the knowledge, and even the products, but they struggle to show up online the way they need to.

Either they’re too busy with clients, or they simply don’t know how to package their expertise into content that attracts, educates, and sells.

That’s where NexFit comes in.

We built NexFit to create fitness content at scale, videos, social clips, faceless explainers, and promotional content that help trainers, coaches, creators, and fitness brands stay visible and build real authority online.

What NexFit Is (And Isn’t)

NexFit isn’t just another fitness brand or content studio. It’s a content business built from the ground up with a clear goal: to serve fitness-focused audiences, creators, and businesses with powerful content and explore multiple monetization paths while doing so.

Our long-term vision for includes:

  • Growing a strong digital presence through valuable and engaging content

  • Building a brand that resonates with both fitness consumers and professionals

  • Exploring diverse monetization opportunities: affiliate partnerships, sponsored content, fitness product collaborations, and even premium digital offers like programs or templates

We’re starting with content, but we’re thinking much bigger.

What Kind of Content We’re Creating

As a content business, our core product is content, especially short-form video.

We’re producing:

  • Workout demonstration videos (perfect for coaches and instructors)

  • Explainer videos on fitness topics (nutrition, training methods, motivation, etc.)

  • Faceless fitness videos that work well on YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and TikTok

  • Product content for fitness gear, supplements, and digital products

  • Lifestyle clips for building community and audience trust

Every video is crafted with intention: to either educate, inspire, or convert. And behind every piece of content is a system that ensures quality, speed, and relevance.

Why Start With Content First?

Before we think monetization, we’re focused on doing what we do best: creating world-class content that stands out. That’s the foundation.

We believe that if we consistently create helpful, quality fitness content, everything else will follow, audience, attention, authority, and then revenue.

We’ve structured our early-stage NexFit content strategy around 3 key pillars:

  1. Visibility: Creating daily content on platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok to grow organically

  2. Value: Posting content that solves real problems for our audience (form corrections, workout tips, nutrition advice)

  3. Volume: Publishing consistently to dominate fitness-related keywords, hashtags, and search terms

Built on the UGC Deck Backbone

NexFit is powered by UGC Deck, which means we’re bringing an entire production workflow that’s already trusted by dozens of businesses.

From content planning to shooting and editing, we’ve built systems that scale.

We’re also using the same in-house and creator network we’ve developed over the years.

That means high-quality videos from day one, whether it’s shot in-house, filmed by creators across the country, or built using scripts, prompts, and visuals designed for maximum performance.

And just like our client work, NexFit content goes through scripting, editing, optimization, and delivery, so it’s not just quantity, it’s quality.

How We Plan to Monetize NexFit (Eventually)

Right now, we’re focused on traffic and growth. But we have a roadmap for monetizing NexFit after building a solid content foundation.

Here’s what that looks like:

1. Affiliate Content

We’ll create product-specific fitness content (like home workout gear or supplements) and partner with relevant brands via affiliate programs.

2. Sponsored Video Campaigns

As our following grows, we’ll work with fitness brands that want to sponsor videos or pay for product placements in our content.

3. Digital Products

We’ll test creating fitness digital products, like form guide PDFs, beginner routines, or challenge packs, that can be sold via Selar or on our own site.

4. YouTube Ad Revenue

We’ll consistently publish Shorts and longer videos on YouTube, with the aim of monetizing through the YouTube Partner Program as we grow subscribers.

5. Client Collaboration

Eventually, we may open the doors for fitness brands to hire NexFit directly for content production, especially if they want to leverage our team or style for their business.

NexFit is live. Our first batch of content is already rolling out across Instagram and YouTube. We’ll be experimenting, testing formats, and gathering feedback as we grow.
