For this project, we partnered with Menteo, a professional mentorship platform, to create a set of UGC-style video ads designed to clearly communicate what the product does and why it exists.

The goal was to move away from generic “motivational” content and instead tell a relatable story around career uncertainty, clarity, and structured mentorship. We developed founder-friendly and creator-led video ads that focused on real problems professionals face, not knowing the right next step, lacking feedback, and navigating growth without guidance.

Our approach emphasized structured mentorship over noise, highlighting features such as task assignments with feedback and 1:1 mentorship sessions, while keeping the tone natural, human, and platform-native.

The final output was a set of short-form video ads optimized for social platforms, designed to feel authentic, explain the product clearly, and help potential users quickly understand how Menteo fits into their career journey.
